Embarking on the Matchmaking Journey

1. Matchmaking Kicks In

With our community of 500 users, our algorithm gets to work. We’ll prepare a selection of the top six profiles for you, each showcasing basic info and unique questions crafted by your potential match.

2. Deal-Breaker Mechanism

If any of the top matches have deal breakers that involve your attributes, we’ll transform them into tactful questions for you to answer. Only those who do not hit the deal breaker criteria will make it to your final match list. This ensures that your time is invested only in potential profiles.

3. Photo Reveal

Once you respond to a profile’s questions and they to yours, and mutual curiosity is established, photos are unveiled. You get to decide if you’d like to continue the connection or use one of your 3 skip opportunities.

4. Date Set-Up: 

If both parties agree to meet, we’ll offer five dining suggestions in line with your expressed preferences. You’ll then share your availability and preferred venue within 48 hours, and secure the date with a 500HKD deposit.

5. Date Experience

On the date, confirm your presence via our web-app to retrieve your deposit. If you’re stood up, don’t worry! Provide proof of your attendance, and we’ll refund your deposit, and on top of it, half of your match’s deposit to compensate your patience.

6. Feedback and Further Steps

We’d love to hear about your date experience. If you’ve enjoyed the meet-up and feel a spark, go ahead and exchange contacts to take things forward.
